***Attention all ADAMS users***:
You may have noted that certain actions within ADAMS may generate an external e-mail. The e-mail will not provide any information, but are intended to direct you to ADAMS to view a notification which has been sent to you within ADAMS.
These notifications may be helpful for athletes receiving 3rd party Team Manager Entries to their Whereabouts Calendar, or for users who do not log in to ADAMS on a regular basis.
If you do not wish to receive these external e-mails you can turn them off via the User Preferences link on your MyZone page when you are logged in to ADAMS by following these three steps:
1. Click on your name (underlined in orange) at the top right hand side of the MyZone page in ADAMS.
2. Change the setting for Email notifications from “Use Organisation’s Configuration” to “Never send email”.
3. Save the settings
This will prevent any future external emails from being sent to you, however you will still receive the notification in the messages and notifications inbox when you log into ADAMS.
***Attention all Athletes***:
There have been some changes to the way you enter and update your Whereabouts information for 2009 onwards. This is a planned change to accommodate the requirements of the 2009 World Anti-Doping Code and International Standard for Testing which took effect on 1st January.
If you are in any doubt as to how to complete your Whereabouts, a revised ADAMS User Guide is available by clicking the link below and an updated ADAMS Online Tutorial is also available.
